how do u guys measure your boyfat ....and wich method do u think is the most accurate????

I use calipers. Bodpod is most accurate but most don't have access to it.

My gym's got a caliper and Bodyfat Measuring station in it. Only costs us like...I dunno, something like 2 dollars to measure. (haven't been in a while, but I'm assuming that's still the price)
