My diet is actually working for me it mostly consists of steak chicken and turkey, but In your opinions what diet did u find works best for bulking??

What are you asking the macro breakdown..? the foods?

60c/20f/1g/lb protein. Round steak, chicken breast, broccoli, brown rice, quinoa, bulgar, olive oil are what works best for me.

foods....i havent got to work in very many vegies or fruit into my diet but ive gained 13 lbs in the past 3 months

They are grains that are usually found in the health/organic section of your grocery store. Google search them. I prefer bulgar over quinoa but both are good. No sugar, low sodium, complete protein, and high in complex carbs and fiber.

what works for lots of ppl is adding junk into their diet.. im not telling u to do it, but i gained 64lbs from it in 8 months and only 12 of them was pure fat ive calculated...
