Hey fellas, never really introduced myself but have been a member for a while. The names nick I live in sydney, 22 years old 6"8 and been lifting weights since I was about 15, weighed about 70 kg at the time. Seriously got into it at about the age of 20.

I weigh about 105kg down from 117kg just to cut up for summer basically. Never had trouble putting weight on weight or losing it through diet, etc in my life.

Really not the best question to be asking during an introduction and Im not looking for judgement or morales. Ive been involved in certain party activites which (im sure everyone understands what I mean), most dont do. Also certain things during the week to keep relaxed, for a few years now. I dont take any performancing enhancing illegal products of any sought.

If I have had no problems with getting progress in the gym do you really think this would have an affect, or am I lucky to be young and it wont last forever.

Opinions please fellas

Depends what those things are. The simple answer and easiest answer is to not do them. If you are not addicted QUIT. If you are addicted, get help.

Nice to meet you and welcome to the dungeon!

I think your target goal should be somewhere around 280lbs.

(127kg)
