Asking for permission to release a Press release

In regards of my new Bodybuilding Gymstories related webpage and simply since I don't do spam I would like to ask for permission before I post it.
Would it be ok to post it here? Or is there a special place I can do that if at all?

whats this thing you want to link us? if you explain what its all about with a little depth then theres a good chance Freak or Webmaster will allow it, just so long as it isnt blatant advertising

Press release sound's more like a newpaper article.. those are valid and legal links.. They've been posted before.. But like Mygeeto stated the admins need some details first.

That's a pic of me coming from a fire one day a couple of weeks ago, it's a stensiled version of me of course. I was carring my face mask for my oxygen tank and looking at some pretty girls on the side walk..
