How I Started: Benched here and there, noticed i got stronger, then i fell into building muscle.
Why I Love It: Out doing yourself, doing something your mind has told yourself over and over you couldnt probably ever do.
How I Stay Motivated: Body Builders, results.
BB Accomplishments: My bench rose from dirt to 305.
Also another accomplishment is how far ive come and still how much determination i still have to get bigger.
