hi guys, this is a sample meal plan i just made. i'm going to start taking meals seriously now. i think i'm finally going to have enough money each week to buy all this food...maybe.
i won't be eating this every day but here's an example what i might eat for one day

Sample Meal Plan

5:45 - Wake Up
7:00 - Meal1
3 Whole Eggs
2 Eggwhites
1 Cup of Oatmeal
10 oz. of Natural Orange Juice
9:00 - Meal 2
3 Scoops of True Mass
11:00 - 1 Scoop of Cell Mass
12:00 - Meal 3
Turkey Breast Sandwich w/ 2 slices of whole
wheat bread and 3 slices of Turkey Breast
1 can of tuna
8 oz. of Skim Milk
12:30 - Meal 4
1 Scoop of True Mass
3:30 - Meal 5
2 Cups of white rice
6oz of chicen breast
3 slices of whole wheat bread
10 oz. of sugar free juice
5:45 - 1 Scoop of N.O. Xplode
6:00 - Workout
8:00 - 1 Scoop of Cell Mass
8:30 - Meal 6
1 Cup of Oatmeal
1 Can of Tuna
12 oz. of Sugar free juice
2:00 - Meal 7 (optional)
2 cups of cereal w/ 3/4 cup of skim milk
8 oz. of skim milk

that last meal is just incase i wake up in the middle of the night hungry as hell. happens like 3 or 4 days out of the week.

i'd eat closer to when you wake up...you almost have 2 hours before you begin your meal regiment. other than that just move your time table up to fit the "eating every 2 hours" theme

Are you going to be cycling your N.O. Xplode and Cell Mass on and off throughout your routine, that is my only quire with it, otherwise it looks good.

Sample Meal Plan

5:45 - Wake Up
7:00 - Meal1
3 Whole Eggs (make it two)
2 Eggwhites (kick it up to 3)
1 Cup of Oatmeal (excellent)
10 oz. of Natural Orange Juice (good)
9:00 - Meal 2
3 Scoops of True Mass (True mass is good)
11:00 - 1 Scoop of Cell Mass (so is cellmass)
12:00 - Meal 3
Turkey Breast Sandwich w/ 2 slices of whole
wheat bread and 3 slices of Turkey Breast
1 can of tuna
8 oz. of Skim Milk (Maybe add a piece of fruit)
12:30 - Meal 4
1 Scoop of True Mass
3:30 - Meal 5n (post workout?? if so white rice is fine, if not swap the white rice for brown or wheat pasta)
2 Cups of white rice
6oz of chicen breast
3 slices of whole wheat bread
10 oz. of sugar free juice
5:45 - 1 Scoop of N.O. Xplode (too long without food to take NO-explode, I take my NO 1 hour after my meal. And I would use two scoops of NO, 1 is kind of weak)
6:00 - Workout ( two hours?? if thats with cardio fine, but too much if its just heavy weight training)
8:00 - 1 Scoop of Cell Mass
8:30 - Meal 6(good)
1 Cup of Oatmeal
1 Can of Tuna
12 oz. of Sugar free juice
2:00 - Meal 7 (optional) (try to make sure its a wheat option)
2 cups of cereal w/ 3/4 cup of skim milk
8 oz. of skim milk

that last meal is just incase i wake up in the middle of the night hungry as hell. happens like 3 or 4 days out of the week.
