Occasional breakout on tricep?

I occasionally get a small break out of pimples on my triceps and I have good skin so I'm not prone to pimples but its started accouple of months after weight lifting is that normal? I'm all natural by the way to.

I had the same thing, but on my back.

I think i remember the post, I think I had a growth spurt of hair and some acne that coicided with mood swings and I thought I had testosterone problems.

do you shave your arms? if so it could be ingrown hairs..not pimples.

there are occasions in which a microbial bacterial infection can occur from improperly disinfected gym equipment.

that's way over reacting though. it could just be from sweating, it could just be increased testosterone production. who knows man it could be a lot of shit.
