training calfs and abs

I've been told that calfs and abs are the only muscle groups that you can train everyday. What are some great sure ways to get your calfs to grow? Thanks for any help.

Heavy. Hard. And painful. High reps, low reps whatever way you can hit them cause they're stubborn (Calves that is). I usually go with doing them as often as I can. Abs I tend to do twice a week and switch it up as much as I can as long as I'm getting the burn.

My favorite calf exercise is usually raises on the leg praise or donkey raises.

i base my calf routine around the leg press machine... nothing else gives me a bigger stretch or a bigger burn

I train my calves abs and calves just like any other muscle. Maybe a little heavier in the poundage than I would get on other muscle groups (comparitvly) but In my experience, heavy, well performed reps work well for me.

same here..i hardly do calfs, probably why my calves are tiny but at least they're somewhat cut from playing basketball

Honestly guys you need to let the muscles have time to recover otherwise all you're doing is undoing the work you did the day before and growth will be alot slower. Abs, Calves, Quads, Back, ect. its all the same, you need time to recover.
