AUSSIEDAVID NPC Lightweight Join Date: Sep 2007 Posts: 22 Rep Power: 0	What’s better 2 sets of 10 on a light weight then 2 sets of 12 on a heavier weight or doing 2 sets of 8 on a light weight then 2 sets of 10 on a heavier weight?
