please please anyone out there know some lower back exercises for me.I suffer with a bit of a bad back and cannot do any heavy standing back exercises.Has anyone got any ideas.thanks.

hyper extensions. dont even have to use weight and it really works the lower back. i always do them before i start deadlifts to warm it up. by time im done with deads my lower back is cashed.

I have the same problem, so I would recommend visiting a chiropractor! IMO u need to be doing heavy exercises like squat and deadlift for good mass, so get the problem fixed by a proffesionel!
