stomach problem

hey guys i have a problem

i wanna bulk right now i am 180lbs 5'11 but i wanna get up to 200lbs i can eat all day but i am problem is my stomach starting to come out i take weight gainer supplement too it's ON's serious mass.
so if my stomach starting to poop out then what do i need to watch out for? is it sodium? or is it somethig else?

Your going to lose definition as you go up in weight, thats natural. Now if its 10-20 pounds and you wind up looking like shit you might be taking in too many calories and putting on too much fat.

You should try to moniter sodium intake as well, too much can hold water weight.

yeah if the gut starts getting to out of control might wanna back down but its all good if you got a little pooch, as for sodium its not that big of a deal cause you should just be sweating most of the water weight off as you workout.

if i am taking in too many calories then how come my weight doesn't go up it has stayed at 180 for about 20 days now. i am 180 with 21% of fat and you won't see any fat on my arms or legs its just on the stomach

you should also read through this. One reason why stomach fat shows more is because of gravity for one, fat is pulled down, and sad to say the stomach is a big collection site.
