Biceps trainig involves in most bbuilders with lower knowledge 2 basic errors
overtraining
and bad technique
some guys simply want this bigger biceps to much and sacrifice good technique and train it too much.
calm down,think,and improove your training ,diffrent excersises,change bicep training plan,learn technique and focus on it.
also ,you say biceps.but what about triceps?you forgot that triceps is actually a 3/4 of arm measurment.think about it also
