this is my schedule and i wanna know if this is how i should train my body in gym

monday: chest 4 sets 8 reps each/ triceps 3 sets 8 reps forearms 3 sets 8 reps
tuesday: back 4 sets 8reps each/ biceps 3sets 8 reps
wednesday: legs 4 sets 16 reps each/ shoulders 3 sets 8 reps/ shurgs 3 sets/ 8 reps
thursday off
friday: chest 4 sets 8 reps each/ triceps 3 sets 8 reps forearms 3 sets 8 reps
Saturday: back 4 sets 8reps each/ biceps 3sets 8 reps

note: i always go heavy

question: am i doing too many or to less sets on some excercises?
if my schedule is wrong then
what's they best way to train the muscles?
can somebody post their schedule in details on how many sets and reps they do for each body part so i can have an idea
thanks

like for chest i time i would do flat bench barbell and incline and decline barbell and the 2nd time i would do flat bench dumbell press and cables

shoulders i would do machines 1 time and the 2nd time when i hit the gym for shoulder i would do free weights

same thing for back and biceps
