at 220 he is huge, now he's at 296. that's insane. think about that...he was big enough for an olympia at 220 and now he is weighing 70 pounds more than that.

how can anyone say he looks better now compared to then? his upper body is so much smoother than it was, and his legs were way more ripped. especially with the little waist.

to a certain point yea....but i mean he lost all definition and conditioning when he comes in like that. the trend now-a-days is bigger is better but i mean i wish id go back to the aesthetically pleasing bodies of old. don't get me wrong or anything i want to get as big as freakin' possible but definitely not to the point where i lose all of my definition.
