Does anyone do tri-set or giant-set training on large muscles like chest....or is it best to do this sort of training on smaller areas like the delt heads and triceps??

Well, if I'm in the mood and my body is good to go! I do tri sets and giant sets.

Granted the rest of the body will lack due to the amount of energy put into the sets. But hey what the hell do it, shock the body and grow..

I often do 'shock' weeks, and giant sets are an integral principle. For instance, i'l hit legs like this:

Smith Machine Front Squats +
Leg Press +
Hack Squats +
Walking Dumbell Lunges +
Leg Extensions

3 minutes rest, then repeat.

Shit T G that sounds like a tough session. How many times will you do that in one night? Has it been working for you?
