Hi guys!

Been reading this forum for a while, to get some tips and hints and I love the forums.

Just wondering, I'm 18y, 183cm and 80kg. Been working out for 1,5/2 years and have gone from chubby to slim and muscular, but I want even more defined muscles.

My workout is currently:

Monday: Chest, back and abs (20 min cardio)
Tuesday: Tri, bi and shoulders (20 min cardio)
Mid-Week: free
Thursday: same as monday
Friday: tuesday again
Sun/sat: some carido.

(No leg exercises due to knee injury, which prevents me from lots of activities I would like to do...)

I'm about to start breakdance/hip hop, hoping that my knees soon will be okay (been doing the easy-peasy exercises the doc gave me for a while now ^^) and get some excersise from it too. Plus be able to impress my mates

Monday: Chest, back, abs (20 min cardio)
Tuesday: Hip-hop
Mid-week: maybe cardio or leg-workout (need some help here!)
Thursday: Tri, bi, shoulders (20 min cardio)
Friday: Break-dance
Sun/sat: I want some rutine here, but what?

(This post got longer than I expected, but hold on a little more :P)

I eat healty, except for using butter on my bread and sometimes dinner, since my dad don't always wanna eat "my healty food" :P

Been reading lost of post, but is cutting even necessary at my age? Since I'm not fully grown and I need retardedly much food and nutrition to develop my body through puberty and such.
And how do I cut efficently? And should I bulk before I cut?

Many questions in a short text, but I hope you guys can help me

Thanks!

Break up chest and back you don't want to work 2 huge body parts on the same day. Find exercises that put the least amount of stress on your knees. Some glucosamine might help. If you don't work legs and make progress on your upper body you will look really unsymmetrical.

Whether you bulk or cut depends on your body fat and your goals. You will probably want to be as lean as possible for break dancing. Check out Layne's pre contest article (sticky) in the natural bodybuilding section. He covers everything. P.S. If you just type in Layne Norton's pre-contest guide on Google it is much easier to read and has calculators to help you along.

Have a nice day!

dont train bis and tris the day after you train chest and back.. try training chest/tris ont he same day and back/bis.
Try:
Monday: chest/tris
tuesday: Back/bis
Wednesday: rest/cardio watever you wish to do
Thursday: Legs (dont have to do heavy weight, as freak said use exercises that dont put oo much strain on the knees)
Friday: Shoulders/traps/abs
Saturday/sunday: cardio

With every day put in cardio if you feel you need it, but thats what i do and ive been getting some pretty good gains from it.

Thanks guys

That is my old program, I used it the first 1 and half year, then got a tip from friend to change it and tried it out. But I guess (no, I know :P) you guys got more knowledge about this than he. I'll change it back ^^

Going to the gym soon, so I'll use it today.

Thanks again
