Ok well right now im 15 years old and am a running back and i have to get bigger that is a must. I work out 3 days a week right now because of my busy schedule but around november i usually start lifting everyday again. I want some kind of creatine that will make me bigger but also i have heard from some people once u stop taking it u get bitch tits from all the water weight. I heard if you take CEE you wont. I also want something that wont mess me up in the long run. If you have any suggestions or are willing to talk with me futher on this topic id really appreciate it.

First of all if you want help don't make multiple threads on the same topic. You won't get bitch tits from creatine. Creatine will not "mess you up" in the long run it has been very well researched. (not causing bitch tits but creatine in general).

Go with creatine monohydrate.

just eat, at 15 your metabolism is sky high. Creatine isn't gonna do shit. Eat 6-8 times a day.

Don't lift everyday. You need the rest to let your muscles grow. 3 days a week is plenty if you are training hard.

Eating is more important than creatine but creatine will still be a helpful additional to his supplementation.

Ok that sucks. He can carry a jug of water around like anyone else. + you get a majority of your daily water from food so carry around a gallon of water and eat.

Escobar hit it on the money....i had the same problem in high school.....stay away from creatine though....if you have a descent football program at your school, you're gonna be sweatin you ass off.....all you gotta do is EAT alot...get into a steady solid eating routine.....lotta protein.....you're growing right now....you're physique could be altogether different a year from now. just keep eatin right...bulk up on protein and make sure to incorporate the lifts that will help you grow....Deadlifts, Squats, upright rows....just dont kill yourself with the weight, and you should be fine.

Agree.

And to comment. How many of us drink a gallon of water even when we aren't on creatine? How many people here take creatine and over compensate with another gallon and have clear piss all day?

Creatine causes intermuscular water retention not regular water retention. Creatine will pull in water into your muscles, when you retain water from creatine its because the water is in your muscles. Don't get into the mind set that "oh thats a cheap way to get a little bigger" your muscles are mostly water.

Besides the increased size you can get from creatine it gives you more energy because more of it can be used by your body.
