And to comment. How many of us drink a gallon of water even when we aren't on creatine? How many people here take creatine and over compensate with another gallon and have clear piss all day?
Creatine causes intermuscular water retention not regular water retention. Creatine will pull in water into your muscles, when you
retain water from creatine its because the water is in your muscles. Don't get into the mind set that "oh thats a cheap way to get a little bigger" your muscles are mostly water.
Besides the increased size you can get from creatine it gives you more energy because more of it can be used by your body.
