hey... i dunno how to search through the members to see where everybody is from so ill just ask....is anybody in memphis, tn?? i go to school down there and im cancelin my gym at home (jackson, tn) and joinin one there and was gunna see if anybody knows some good trainers or anything in memphis,

also while im at it....where can i post pics on here so you guys can critique me or anything?

hey bro...welcome to the dungeon! you'll find its a great place where you can always come for help on anything related to bodybuilding or just to talk.

im not from TN, however i can answer your one question. you need at least 15 posts to post any thumbnail pictures. so keep posting, and once you reach 15 you can post some pics of you. then we can critique away!
