ok so here's how it goes, just to get peoples ideas this isnt just a, whats type of music do you listen too...thread. this thread is the top 10 songs you can put onto a playlist for your top lifting day. typically when i do cardio my playlist is a chill, laid back type of tune.

however, my top lifting day is my leg day. each week i look forward to my leg day simply because i got absolutly nuts on this day.

ill start it off with my playlist:
~ linkin park- bleed it out
~ comeback kid- partners in crime
~ from autumn to ashes- delusions of grandeur
~ hatebreed- i will be heard
~ hatebreed- judge me
~ hopes die last- last nights goodbye
~ letter kills- lights out
~ norma jean- memphis will be laid to waste
~ norma jean- the human face devine
~ slayer- here comes the pain

...this is only my leg workout day, of course i got other songs, but these are the first 10.
