If you guys read the new Muscular Development there is an article in it that has Flex Wheeler interviewing him. It is a very good article and it seems to make it very clear he has no plans to ever go down the trail of gear use ever again, so I would say all the talk of him coming back to the "O" is all just myth's. He makes it clear that the one biggest thing he wishes he could change about today's bodybuilding would be all the drugs. It is a very good article, more like a good conversation between two good friends, which is what they are. Read it if you get a chance.

That's funny and common nowadays. Every competing bbuilder will advise you to eat your meat and veggies. It is only after they retire that they truly confess of what's really going on with the bbuilding scene.

. only cartio so he could lose i think 60 or 70 lbs.
