hey everyone Im a midway BB meaning part way into if you didn't get that newwho.Im 21 yearsold, 5"4 an around 160 im trying to define my biceps I use a bow flex an dumbbells about 10lbs each arm to start bc i just got into the dumbbells again.I do 8 to 12 reps on those.But my problem is ive been told I have a "long belly muscle" Ive never heard of that but if any else has also how to i improve my biceps from that circumstance? any replies would be great thanks.

you can't just define one area of your body, it comes as the whole package. get a good training split and diet and you should be on your way

you need LOTS of muscletech hydroxicut and gacik and lukic.. it worked for me.. im about 237pounds and i always stay around 6% bodyfat no matter what.
