All you newbies to bb'ing and to the dungeon, this is for You
If your just getting started and have come to the dungeon looking for advise/ routines/diets/cardo/lifting recommendations GREAT your in the right place.
Now, your going to see alot of bro's in here that have been at it for yearsssss.. Yes that's Yearssss..You can spot them by there VIP status, NPC superheavy weight titles and so on... Knowledge is power. Again your in the right place.
Don't think for one minute your going to bench or curl or deadlift the weigth some of the other guys are doing right outta the gate.. TIME---- you need time, proper form and above all great technique. If you don't train within your skill level YOU WILL GET HURT, and in some cases VERY BADLY if you don't do it right and slow from the start.
You will achieve the body you want, it's going to take time. Listen to what everyone is saying. Take notes, read. Look around the dungeon first, the different sections are designed to give you the most up to date information we can provide.
All you have to do is look and read and make a note book. Copy and paste the stuff to your pc under a word document and have it as quick reference.. If you need help pm ( that's Private message me and I can help you out. ).
One more thing,, NO GEAR, JUICE, ROIDS, at all!!!!!.. Your bodies are swimming in test,, ( testosterone) ,,use it now and let your body work for you.. GEAR, JUICE and ROIDS are for 22 years of age and UP... PERIOD... If you talk about the subject in this forum, and it's under the wrong pretenses, you could infact be BANNED by the Gear MOD or Webmaster or Bobo.. Just a fair warning..
Train safe, train smart. LOG everything,, Enjoy the workout most of all,, If you stay with it, it will become second nature to you for the rest of you life..
