basically i am really happy with the progress on my back. but i am trying to fill in one spot. it is like my lower rhomboid and inner lat area. kinda where the scapula sticks out the most. it doesnt stick out far by all means, it is just not in proportion with the rest of my rhomoid and traps. but what excercises can you suggest that will fill that area?? (i thought maybe underhanded wiht a little leaned back lat pulldowns)
