question on tris.

when working on triceps i noticed i have a complete horse shoe on my left arm but not on my right arm any ideas how to even them out?.

my guess is that you're training one of them more than the other

either that or the one with less of a horseshoe is bigger and stronger and is just less defined...only thing i can recommend is to keep working each one the same weight with the same amount of reps and they should eventually start to even out after a while

^^Cosign, try and do isolation/independant exersises such as DB kick-backs.

workout triceps with ur eyes closed. put a towel over ur head. it will help you zone in on which tricep feels it the most, and help to balance it out and make both the tri's work at the same level

Or you could be genetically predispositioned to have uneven Tri's. I'm not saying this is the case but it is a possibility.

i have the same exact problem. left arm is a complete horseshoe and right arm is fat. when i do dombell extensions, they feel the same strength. and i'm a righty.

maybe it was all the...

cuz my right bicep is rounder and bigger than my left.
