I bring 8 meals a day to work, I eat one at 04:00 am to start ,, but depending on how busy I am, I may eat 5 or 6 of them...sometimes less.. for me I have to accept it and move on..

does it affect my workout.. not for me personally.. I'm now 5'7" at 180, up 5 lbs and keeping my 32 waist line..

busy full time worker,, father of 2 kids and i work 12 hour shift with a 50 min. ride home.

i try to get in 5-7 meals a day

even when at school...i will have tuna in a tupaware and eat it during class..i did that most of last year and teachers bitched nonstop..but oh well..getting meals in to me are very important.

i would also have a shaker or 2 ready with some whey protein in there incase i get hungry in other classes...and i always was loaded with granola bars lol.

so yes meals are very important to me =]

i usually have 4 or 5 meals a day plus the weight gainers which have 630 calories per shake. so if you guys count those as meals, i usually have 8-10 meals a day.

Wow, I'm the one who eats 3 meals a day. But I have A LOT of meat (don't even say it lol). I'm basically a strict carnivore.
Random Comment: Say someone's mom's (it works on an abundance of people: gf, sister, mom, or even grandma (if you're into that kind of thing)) a carnivore, because she only eats your meat.

i try my best. as of lately due to change in timetable i havnt been able to meet up, but i do my best to get those meals in, even stayiing up to eat sometimes. whether my portions are the correct size is a different story. when i was bulking, i could definately see a difference (cos i havnt been eating as much ive lost some weight and size) and i could definately feel the difference as well with that many meals.

I might get anywere between 4 to 6 meals. Most the time it is 5. It depends what I am doing that day. As long as I am getting anough calories I am fine. It is just easier for me to get the calories if they are spread out in more meals.

lol know the problem! try tuna and peanutbutter (fat reduced if u want, but the fat is mostly healthy and ive heard u dont add fat at all so...) it is the best mass gainer ever.. + random food and a lot of bread for complex carbs... thats how ive gained the last 6 months... + cheese at the evening to have casein at night...

i dont mean together.. i mean like eat a LOT of peanut butter and 1-2 cans of tuna (for ur size) + a LOT of bread for complex carbs.. maybe 300g of bread for 150g of carbs.. depends on which bread u eat...
along with 100g of cheese on bread at the evening.. ive gained over 17kgs on this the last 6 months so it works... and next to no fat... i can still see my abs just as well as i did in february ^^
i eat enourmous amounts of fat just as u know it, try to keep it healthy fats.. and try to make ur mom make something with meat or fish for dinner every day...^^

If there is a will, there is a way! keep that in mind...^^

and one more thing... it often helps to listen to motivational music while u eat, just to remind u why u eat so much u almost gotta puke afterwards and feel like ****..

i always listen to To Be loved by Papa Roach...
it might sound pathetic, but it works... u even eat faster ^^

I get in at least five meals a day. I started eating carbs again recently because going low carb just didn't agree with my body.

But i'm going to start over soon.
