Hell naw! There is no such thing as "skipping" or "missing" a meal! I dont know how many meals Im gonna get in everyday, as I wake up at different times because of work. But I can asure you one thing and that is on diet I will get 6-7 meals a day, and 7-9 meals in the off seasons no matter what! Thats just how it is... Honestly I cant understand how someone can "miss" a meal. Dont you have musclemass?? Well, if so your body will burn that hard earned musclemass and use it as energy instead. Id go ****ing nuts, kill somebody and start eating their flesh if I didnt get any food at a certain time! It can be difficult at work sometimes asking the boss to get a breake every 3 hours, but hey its gotta be done some way or another. So if you dont get that breake - you best sure have a "safe meal" laying around somewhere. Preferably a proteinshake with maybe some walnuts or an apple. Quick meal and easy to swallow. Yeah buddy, when you live that life of a bodybuilder you gotta stay prepared for anything.
