that's why i said ATLEAST 5 meals bro, whilst sticking to a 2:1 ratio on carbs & proteins, use supplements as an addition to your diet as extra calories. BUT obviously when you get bigger you'd have to eat more, i personally eat in between 8-13 meals a day, but 5 meals a day is BARE ASS MINIMUM for any bbder looking to gain

I dont know if u get this a lot LBJ, but in my gym, people like to sing. I HATE it when people have headphones, or sometimes they don't, and they sing out loud. I just wanna throw dumbbells at their windpipe. It's completely out of etiquette to sing. And most of the time...it's rap. Which is shitty enough considering their are only a few select rap artists that are okay so you know damn well Joe Small Arms at my gym isn't doing a good job rapping it.
