that's why i said ATLEAST 5 meals bro, whilst sticking to a 2:1 ratio on carbs & proteins, use supplements as an addition to your diet as extra calories. BUT obviously when you get bigger you'd have to eat more, i personally eat in between 8-13 meals a day, but 5 meals a day is BARE ASS MINIMUM for any bbder looking to gain
