Curls and Upright Rows feel absolutely fine for me.. It's just the whole part where i have to flip the palms so it faces up part..
I don't think it was the adding weight too fast but, it could've been the whole not stretching properly thing, and the sore tendon cuz i get a somewhat same feeling near my wrists when i do wrist curls..
