I curious as to what results people are getting, or have gotten in the past in realtively short periods.
Listing your routine and supplement regime is optional.
I've been back in the gym full on since 27th May this year after many years away - like 12 years!.
Back in the day I was full a full on gym rat.
I never lost it all and stayed quite fit through mountain biking, martial arts etc but my gains in the last 6 weeks have surpised the hell out of me.
My only suppliment is about 5grams of Creatine per day other than that I have not changed what I eat, just the amount.

I'm 5'7" currently 81kg [178lb]
Wouldn't have a clue re BF% but you can see abs if thats any indication
I've put on nearly 5.5kg [12lbs] in 6 weeks
Lost 3cm [just over 1inch ] off my waist!
Chest has gone from 99cm [39"] to 105 [41.3]
Biceps from 37.5 [14 3/4] to 39.5 [15 1/2"]
Weights are rocketing up, still not equal to past levels though by some distance.
For me the main indicator is my weight
5.5kg I think is pretty damn good even considering the muscle volumisation that Creatine causes.
Being an accredited gym and fitness instructor specialising on BB in the past with a good work ethic [damn i'm sore somewhere all day every day now :)] probably accounts for the good progress, not to mention the mythical "Muscle memory"
