I realy want to make my back bigger...abs are fine and dandy but a big wide back is something I realy want to make as big as possible...pullups,pull downs,seated and bent over rows..heavy as I can..so what muscle do you want to make as big as possible and how are you going to do that?

i want to make my legs bigger.. im gonna do it with squats, leg press, calf raises, leg curls, leg extensions and hack squats... and a good portion of food...

ace im with you on the back. i want to make my back as big and detailed as possible, having the hanging lats look like coleman. The second muscle i want to make a lot bigger is my quads. I want to have a set of wuads that flare out when i tense them, so its a lot more squats for me

back is the second for me... pull downs, pull ups, one arm rows, seated rows is gonna make my back big.. so when i walk past someone and they look at me, i want tehm to think: thats one wide man^^
