What kind of creatine!!

so obviously i realize this has been posted like 600 times. but i dont have that much time online for the next little while. i just moved into a new apartment and im waiting for the cable company to shop up and set me up. but what kind of creatine do you guys is the best bet?... obviously not muscletech what about bsn? or something like that? any opinions let me know.

monohydrate. is the best..that has never let me down once before

Monohydrate I think is the best. Any good supplement brand will offer basic creating mono that you should not pay more than 12-15 dollars for about 3-400g. I have seen champion nutrition mono at like 9 dollars.

Yeah micronized is the way to go. Do you guys remember when this stuff first came out? It was expensive. Now its dirt cheap. hahah Dam there I go again showing my age.
