i dont have sugar cravings. i dont follow a diet either. my diet is out of my hands, i eat what i am given, but i do buy cooked snacks like baguettes and pasties etc im sure you can eat a chocolate bar here and there. i believe that the more you try to resist things, the more your brain will want them. how about trying this:
when you go to the gym, set a goal ie if it is biceps day, you would think to yourself 'if i get x amount of reps with x amount of weight, i can have a chocolate bar' that way you are setting goals for yourself and progressing. your goal must be a challenge but must be possible at the same time. and i wouldnt hadvise having 'candy' everytime you hit the gym lol maybe just once a week
