I first heard of this routine in an interview with Matt Duval, and believe it or not guys it does work I've tried it. If you read the whole article it says that you dont add 1 inch of muscle in 1 day, most of the size you will see is swelling of the muscle. Actual gains are in the 1/4" to 1/2" range once the swelling goes down, when I did it I gained about 3/8" in one day of solid muscle. Dont knock it till you've tried it, its easy to sit in your chair and dismiss it but if you find yourself at a plateau in your training this is an awesome way to break through.
