I think it may just be some Wile E. Cyote hairbrained scheme, but it's unlikely it would work. Seems fishy.

It's a nice topic to slap on the front page of a muscle and shitness magazine. They always do this like another might say ''Gain 10lbs of muscle in a month!!!'' or ''Get a six pack in 6 weeks!!!''

haha i always thought this was funny. muscletech also put it in there dvds they put with theyre products a while back. its just really funny hearing people at the gym when the magazine came out with that article. they were all like yea ill try it and see what happens. haha

I thinks its possible to add an inch in a week not so sure about a day though, your body wont even recover from the workout that fast.

I first heard of this routine in an interview with Matt Duval, and believe it or not guys it does work I've tried it. If you read the whole article it says that you dont add 1 inch of muscle in 1 day, most of the size you will see is swelling of the muscle. Actual gains are in the 1/4" to 1/2" range once the swelling goes down, when I did it I gained about 3/8" in one day of solid muscle. Dont knock it till you've tried it, its easy to sit in your chair and dismiss it but if you find yourself at a plateau in your training this is an awesome way to break through.
