I was pretty shocked when I first saw some serious lifters. A few things that stand out:
- Guy leg pressing ~1950lbs for a set of 10 as a finisher to his squat workout
- 181lb guy who barely looked like he lifted, hit a 660 squat, 405 bench and 700 dead.
- Guy curling a 45lb plate (as in holding it by the top). Give this one a go guys, you'll see how impossible it seems.
- Seeing a 180lb arm wrestler destroy a bunch of huge guys one after the other, pinning them like nothing. Talk about specific strength!
