Start with the DB curls then preacher curls. What are you looking to do? Gain size or tone?

I always start with bb curls because that is the best overall mass builder for bi's doing it first allows you to go as heavy as possible. some people like to pre exhaust the bi's then do bb curls but IMO the heavier you can go the better.

i like to switch it around. some days i start with dombells and some days i start with the barbell. with ever one you do first will be the heaviest. honestly, i perfer to start with some heavy ass alternate dombell curls. it works my biceps much better than barbell curls for sure.
preacher curls are also excellent.
also, try doing biceps 21!!!!!

i would start with the standing barbell curls, do seated dumbell curls, then finish off with preacher curls with either a dumbell or barbell..whichever is your preference
