Last friday, I was doing my normal routine, and I was doing my regular deadlifts, maybe upped it 5-10 pounds, and while doing them i felt a sharp pain on my tail bone. I rested on the weekend, and on tuesday doing squats the pain came back, and then leg press the pain was still there. I was wondering if it is just one of those things I have to push through and it will eventually go away, or should I lay off the intensive back exercises so it can heal? Thanks for the help.

Dude Lay off for a while bro and see what happen. Stay away from the sexercises that causes that pain.

If id doen not get better than you may possibly have a pinched nerve and should go see your doc.

I had the same problem when I was squatting a couple months ago. i stopped for a few weeks and didn't do anything to do with lower body. After 3 weeks the pain went away. If that doesn't work I would go see my doctor.
