Last friday, I was doing my normal routine, and I was doing my regular deadlifts, maybe upped it 5-10 pounds, and while doing them i felt a sharp pain on my tail bone. I rested on the weekend, and on tuesday doing squats the pain came back, and then leg press the pain was still there. I was wondering if it is just one of those things I have to push through and it will eventually go away, or should I lay off the intensive back exercises so it can heal? Thanks for the help.
