on a 3 day split now..1st day did legs -squats,deads,exts,curls,seated n standin calfs then shoulders -overhead press,upright rows,front raises with side and rear lats..then abs 1 hour and 15 min..

yes it is hard but I am a tough guy and love doing this..now I'm off 2 days then back n bis next day chest n tris,then 2 days off till legs n shouldes..

After suats, leg press and hack squats, I am exhausted and shaking that much that I wouldn't have anything left to do another bodypart with any intensity, but everyones different.

Minus the Deads thats my routine exactly, every exercise is 4 sets of 10 except the calve which is 4 sets of 25 heavy slow reps.
