Is this split a decent split:

Day 1-Chest/Tris
Day2-Back/Bis
Day3-Cardio
Day4-Shoulders/traps
Day5-A.M. Cardio night time legs
Day6-Cardio
Day7-Off

seems ok.. jus take the cardio from leg day and put it between chest and back days.... cardio b4 legs depletes the glycogen in ur leg muscles.....

monday chest traps triceps

wednesday quads hams calves

friday back shoulders biceps

you call a 3 day split a perfect split??? fair plays to you, it does look like a decent split which you posted, if you were giving advise on a 3 day split, but he's not asking for one...

unless its overtraining, no split is really trash it just depends on what works for you. over the years those of us that stick with it will use hundress of splits to keep the body guessing , constructive criticsm is nice no need to trash anyone
