hay guys
im 15 years old live in australia 6'5 154lbs
i know this is a bbing site and all i was just wondering if any of you guys could help me out with my routines and what i should be doing and how long i should be working out for i can work out for about 4 days a week yeh i am pretty skinny n lanky so i know that it will b harder for me to see max growth fast so if any of you guys could help me would be much apreciated
and just give me any tips that helped you guys when u were first starting off??

hay chris
thx for replying mate
well i go gym bout 4-5 times a week
with chest i do
chest press barbell and dumbell, flyes crossovers, inclined chest presses and flyes.
back i do pull downs deadlifts
arms i do curls for biceps with dumbell n biceps, triceps i do all these other things sorry i sound stupid i cant remember wat their called
shoulders i do shoulder presses i do overhead preses with a barbell, i do raises and others.
if that didnt help just tell me what else u want me to tell you sorry

post your split...go ahead and do this:

mon- (post your workouts and the amounts of reps/sets you perform)
tues- (same thing...)
...follow all the way through sunday, even posting on days you dont normally work out...

from there we will critique you and help you out, also let us know if you throw any cardio in there and for how long. it will give us a figure to work with and we'll go from there

ok thanx heeps man
yeh i do a fair bit of cardio
ive got footy rep trainin for 1hour
footy club trainin for 1 hour
and footy game which is pretty full on for an hour in a week
ill be hitting the gym pretty much every day this week cause im on holidays so ill write down what i do ok

ok big boiss im off to bed
tomoro when i go to the gym ill write down what i do how many sets how many reps and what weight i do it at ( you cant laugh at the wight im lifting though)
n ill try and keep count of my cal ok

we wont laugh man, dont worry...we've all had to start some point and work our way up...as far as when i started bodybuilding, really got into it when i was a sophmore in college, so...18, started off just lifting trying to impress the girls, but then i really got into it, changed my entire lifestyle and put focus into something that really is a self-motivator, gave me a great escape to alot of stress, and an entirely new lifestyle, "workout hard, eat even harder" -as lbj says, and it will pay off, you'll see it right in front of your eyes

Just start with something like

Monday - Chest/Tris


Tuesday - Back/Bis


Wednesday - Offday/Cardio


Thursday - Legs


Friday - Shoulder/Traps/Abs


Saturday - Offday/Cardio




Try that if you want i can post some exercises to go along with that.
