we wont laugh man, dont worry...we've all had to start some point and work our way up...as far as when i started bodybuilding, really got into it when i was a sophmore in college, so...18, started off just lifting trying to impress the girls, but then i really got into it, changed my entire lifestyle and put focus into something that really is a self-motivator, gave me a great escape to alot of stress, and an entirely new lifestyle, "workout hard, eat even harder" -as lbj says, and it will pay off, you'll see it right in front of your eyes
