I was just wondering where to start. I have been lifting weights for high school sports. Now i am in college and want to beome more serious about it. This forum has helped out alot. I know "where to start" is a broad question but if any1 could help leave a reply. Thanks alot.

Depends on what your goal is:) Strenght, hypertrophy and so on

sounds like you've got a pretty solid start training for high school sports you were probably squatting and benching, both flat and incline, right?

ya i am still doing both incline and flat. my goal is definition and mass.

best place to start is to train your mind!!!!

at lest thats what uncle arnold says in his bible of the gym...
and look where it got him...bodybuilder,,,movie guy...gov...gets to bang a kennedy every night...so train your mind!!!
