I swear to you an entire high school cheerleading team came in at the same time to work out there legs and they were all wearing shorts like this...

Safe to say I couldnt concentrate lol....

It actually has been shown in studies that when Males lift weight in front of attractive females they push themselves harder, kinda the alpha male syndrome.... It's also been shown to raise test levels slightly.

lol i get that everytime at the gym, theres not a whole load of em but there is a young oriental/asian girl that works at the gym. half way through my session is her break, she goes on the treadmills and bikes. but the shiity thing is, the cardio machines are upstairs, looking over all the weight machines, smith machines etc! extremely distracting!
