ya, since december i like to change it up a bit, during football it was always the same, benching then squats, benching, squats, and the basic shit, but try every 3 or 4 weeks to change the order of your routine and counter act your muscles like back and biceps one day, shoulder and legs the other day, chest and triceps the next, and cardio on the forth day, it all fits in because all those mucscles are working together on each day so work them both on the same day because the next day if u change it up and do the same muscle again, like say you do benching one day and triceps the next day, it wont be at 100 percent because your triceps are already torn from the day before, so change it up every once in a while |
