actually yes, it happens to me all the time after doing curls. its been getting better though, try doing some forarm exercises. whats been working for me is that i just grab a dumbel maybe 25 or so lbs and put my arm flat on my thigh( sitting down) and have the dumbell dangle and then straighten out then flip my forarm over and do the same, hope that helped. im only 17 and been into body lifting for a few months but ive done football for a while

Ya im only 17 also. It seems like it started more for me when i started working my for arms and now its contuined into other things like curls and even when im spotting someone on bench when they need the bar lifted. Ill try doing what you said though because my forarm exersize is different soo ill try swiching it up for abit.

ya, since december i like to change it up a bit, during football it was always the same, benching then squats, benching, squats, and the basic shit, but try every 3 or 4 weeks to change the order of your routine and counter act your muscles like back and biceps one day, shoulder and legs the other day, chest and triceps the next, and cardio on the forth day, it all fits in because all those mucscles are working together on each day so work them both on the same day because the next day if u change it up and do the same muscle again, like say you do benching one day and triceps the next day, it wont be at 100 percent because your triceps are already torn from the day before, so change it up every once in a while

For starters, before doing your workout, make sure to strech your forearms pretty good to really loosen them up. I do this whenever I am going to do an arm day. I will press my hand up against a wall to do it and also take like a 15lb DB and twist in in my hand to loosen up my wrist as well. Also another reason I have read for why they start to hurt is because they are not as strong as your biceps so they are going to give out before, so keep working your forearm exercises, and do that stretch. It works for me.

sounds like the muscle ripping away from the bone, its prolly from not keeping your hands in a fixed position when you lift. everyone gets it at some point kinda like shin splints only in your forearms

I used to get those when I started but as your body gets stronger and adjusts to lifting weights it'll pass.

also you should work on your grip. Try to hold the dumbells with a tighter grip and use better form while repping.
