This is going to be my first time cutting and I was hoping I could get some advice on keeping as much lean mass as possible. I'm going to be on creatine, NoX3, animalpak, and I'm going to take probolic with some gatorade before I sleep every night. I'm going to be adding MAN Scorch to speed it up a little bit. Obviously the big question is how can I keep as much of my muscle as possible during the process?

you dont need all that crap to cut..just cut your carbs to below 50 per day for 2 weeks and then keep em below 100 for 2 weeks and then just eat veggies, salad and 100% whole wheat...no sugar...
