Hi guys, this is addressed to the guys who compete, Whats the best and worse part of getting in to condition for a show? With me the worst part is the paranoia that I feel so small and even the "old guy selling the tickets at the bodybuilding show" looks bigger than I do. The best part for me is the show, when youve got the tan on and you can see(hopefully) that all the mind numbing dieting, training and cardio have come together. Whats your best and worse parts of competing?

i am a week out from the tampa bay classic and i think the worst part is feeling small just like moorey said but also i hate cardio . the best part will be the experience of doing the show. this is a difficult sport the dieting and the sacrifice can not be done by anybody, you need to have determination .
