post your diet and training routine. Right off the bat I would say it oculd be 2 things. Low blood sugar levels, or overtraining.

It sounds like a diet issue. If your not getting enough energy in you'll feel dead during the day.

Hey man we all have issues. I have a fairly strict diet and am either at MMA or lifting probably 6 days a week but I know I am not overtraining cause, well, I've been doin this long enough. I do feel fatigued for some part of the day due to a busy schedule, always on the go with work n training n school. My energy levels are usually lower towards the late afternoon(nothing a cup of black coffee can't cure) so I usually have a slight 45 minute nap if I get the chance. Diet, your schedule, and how hard you go are all factors. Hey man, you gotta suck it up and train through it.
