Whats your workout look like, a change in reps and sets is always a good idea. I was just doing a 12,10,10,8 routine now I'm doing a 10,8,8,6 routine nexttime Ill probly go down to 8,8,6,5 routine then back up to the 12 again.

definetly up your carbs & take in some casein before bed. for now its a must...you are runned down bro & your body is telling you to slow down. theres no need to stop training but its up to you if you wanna take a week off to gear your mind up & allow your body to rest...& EAT like a MOFO

remind me again dude, what supps you're taking???

i would also keep in mind that your body is spending energy growing becaus eyou are young and the training protocols which work for adults might not be the best for someone so young. Just something to think about.

yeah, id take that into consideration too^^^good post mindstar...sometimes i forget dude's only 14 (thats a compliment dude)

dude you need to start taking bcaa's, & multi vits. flax seed is also a must...enjoy your time off, recover & get back on form & start off nice & steady...get some casein in that stack aswell

thats the best advice i can give for now bro
