in doing shoulders what does PUSH PRESS mean?

It's like a cheat standing military press.
When the weight is up at your shoulders as if you just cleaned it, use your legs and push it up. Don't use too much of your legs, though.

+1...he is right...its mainly used for alot of football workouts because it works shoulders and legs.

start with the bar at your shoulders as if you were going to do a regular standing press. however, before pressing bend your knees just slightly and explode upward, while simaltaneously pressing upwards.

this kid does it pretty good, its only a one rep but youll get the idea

i suggest using some support on the lower back & elbows for this exercise ace, if your going heavy, ive seen a few atheletes in our gym cracking bones with this
