im going to give lipo6 a try and had a couple questions. 1.) should i alter my training, right now im lifting 3x6-8 heavy, should i drop to like 10 reps at a moderate weight for toning or stay with heavy? 2.) how much should i change my diet? right now im eattin 6 meals a day, pretty healthy. should i cut the carbs way down and lessen the caloric intake. Lipo6 says it'll affect your appetite, so how much food would be a proper meal.....cuz at times i tend to over eat, haha, which is way bad. 3.) should i keep using creatine with the lipo6? i've read on here that you can cuz it will keep your muslce full while it tones everything else, i just dont want to search for it.

That will do for now, thanks a bunch guys!

I'd say, go for 8-10 reps heavy always. IMO. i do strength training (3-6 reps) once like every 5 months or something. Your muscles grow faster if you're in the 8-10 reps range.
hey, but what do i know, i'm a n00b.

cardio, diet & lighter higher repped sets...i suggest pyramids, starting heavy then going lighter each set...2-20 on a base exercise like bench for example

wow that's a good idea. better than mine. 20 reps huh? that will definately cut like a knife! but what about when he's done and wants to get bigger again? would it be hard to go heavy again?

NO!!!
dont get confused with that bro

pyramids u can start of heavy
for example;
2 reps - 250lbs 10-15sec break
3 reps - 245lbs 10-15
4 reps - 240lbs 10-15
5 reps - 235lbs 10-15
6 reps - 225lbs 10-15
7 reps - 215lbs 10-15
8 reps - 200lbs 10-15
9 reps - 180lbs 10-15
10 reps - 160lbs 10-15
11 reps - 150lbs...this will be last set u lower the weight by another 10lbs all the following sets with a 20-30 second break
then 12 reps - all the way up up 20 reps to finish

hope it makes more sense

when i cut, most of my carbs i get are from my whey...i dont eat no other carbs, other than my pre & post w\o. i eat alot of fruit & veg throughout the day like brocolli, asparagus, apples, oranges, & a few bananas

stick to carb intake more of less at vital parts of the day like before & after w\o's...fast acting carbs like potatoes, white rice, rice cakes for after w\o...before id stick to whey
