First off, sorry. Not sure where this topic goes so im going put it here.
I do a lot of Muay Thai and my coach is considering starting to put me in a match or two. My major downfall (IMO) is my punching power. I can hit on target but i dont feel any power going into it, especially with these massive gloves on!
I was wondering what muscle groups I want to train to get a much stronger punching power since everyone loves to see a good knockdown/knockout!
Could someone give me a few good upper body exercises for a good strong punch?
