WOW, what a transformation the guy looks fantastic.
Made a lot of great gains too.

On a slightly sceptical note, I know of guys younger with better genetics who train possibly harder and dedicate themselves more over a longer period than 4 weeks and they can't put 34lbs of lean muscle on in a year NATURALLY.

So without discrediting his achievements it just seems a little suspect, although no where does it mention that it was done naturally.

Great work though and an inspiration to us all.

Something seems really odd here, he says " Oh, and I forgot to mention, all of this was done with two 30-minute workouts per week, for a total of 8 HOURS of gym time" If he did his math right that's 1hour per week x 4 weeks = 4hours of total training with a muscle gain of 34lbs? Even on AAS that seems impossible. And the weigh in dates are not 4 weeks apart they are 183days apart as stated at the top of the page. Is it just me or does this article seem to contradict itself?

If you only count the days he spent in the gym(two a week). 4 weeks is actually 28 days which is the same as 14 total weeks of training. 3 1/2 months of training. Throw in those numbers, some good genetics, with a little bit of AAS and you have your 4 week transformation.
